We are excited to introduce our advanced training sessions designed to take your hockey skills to the next level. Our specialized sessions focus on both agility and puck skills, offering comprehensive drills and techniques to enhance every aspect of your game. Max 26 skaters, 3 goalies

 

Here’s what you can expect from our Advanced Agility & Puck Skills Sessions:

• Multi-Directional Skating: Master the art of quick, fluid movements in all directions to outmaneuver your opponents with ease.
• Explosive Starting: Develop explosive speed from a standstill to gain a competitive edge right from the puck drop.
• Transition Drills: Improve your ability to transition smoothly with and without the puck, making you more versatile on the ice.
• Edge Control: Refine your balance and control for better maneuverability and agility.

 

In addition to skating skills, our sessions cover:

• Shooting Techniques: Perfect your shot selection and increase your scoring opportunities with targeted drills.
• Pass & Pass Receiving Skills: Enhance your passing accuracy and receive the puck with precision, improving your overall playmaking abilities.

CMHA reserves the right to cancel sessions due to lack of registrations. Should the sessions be cancelled, members will receive full refunds. Registration will be for all session dates. No refunds will be issued for sessions that you are not able to attend.
