On the list, if you see a Done beside your name you have met your volunteer requirements for the year. If you see a number, that is the number of credits you have earned. (For example, if your name has a 1 beside it, you will need to complete another 3 credits to meet your volunteering requirement for that player).

Available Individual Shifts

Initiation Tournament – March 15-17, 2019 

As there are still a number of shifts left to fill I will be offering up any remaining shifts as Paid shifts starting Monday March 11th. Instructions on how to sign-up for the paid shifts will be included in that email.

When signing up for your volunteer positions, please use the email address that you used to register your child as it makes it easier for me to reconcile the credits to the correct member. You can also add your child's team (ex. H1C2) after your last name if you are unsure of the email address.

Signup is closed for the Full-Time Positions

Each full time position counts as 8 shifts and will fulfill a family's volunteer responsibilities for the year, regardless of the number of players registered for that family.

Parade Coordinator

Responsible for the planning and coordination of parade (Christmas and Rodeo) participation by CMHA. Guidance will be provided by CMHA Executive team.

Division Managers

Responsible for helping the Division Directors with the day-to-day operation of our divisions. Great way to learn the ropes if you are interested in taking on a Division Director role in the future.

Volunteer Co-ordinator

Responsible for maintaining the ongoing tracking of volunteer hours. Extensive guidance will be provided by CMHA registrar.

 

Tournament Committee Members

To start planning for tournaments we are also positing the team tournament representative positions.

Each C team must provide 1 representative to sit on the tournament committee. Responsibilities include organizing their team raffle contribution and helping with the planning of one of our C tournaments. If any A families would like to sit on the tournament committee, please contact cloverdalemha.registrar@gmail.com

Planning usually starts 4-6 weeks prior to each tournament. Tournament dates and sign-up links for the committees for each tournament are below:
