How to Sign-up for Shifts

A link to sign up for shifts in the new Sign Up Genius program will be emailed to you or posted on this page above, when volunteer opportunities become available.

You will need to create an account with Sign Up Genius to sign up for shifts (it's free).

When claiming a shift, please ensure you list the full name of the person who will be completing the shift and their contact cell phone number.

Ensure you enter your player's First and Last name. Don't forget to check your spelling.

HELPFUL TIPS

Ensure you have created an account with the new Sign Up Genius program before claiming available shifts.
Select your shifts carefully and ensure you have no other prior engagements or conflicting commitments.
If you are not able to complete your shift or find someone to fulfill it for you, please notify the Event Coordinator or Division Director ASAP.
Family members (older siblings/aunts/uncles/grandparents/ or any other person who you consider family), friends and/or fellow team parents are welcome to complete the shifts on behalf of your player. Please note, prior experience, safety certification and age restrictions may be a requirement.
If you do have someone completing a shift on your behalf, please remind them to notify the Volunteer Check In person at sign-in.
Please use cell phone numbers on sign up. This is so we can reach you on the day should there be any changes.
Completed volunteer hours are NOT transferrable.
If you are still unsure of volunteer duties or requirements after reviewing the Volunteer Policy (linked above), please ask your Team Manager or Division Director.
