At the Annual General Meeting held on May 13th, last minute changes to availability of certain candidates were announced, which forced the suspension of voting for the Executive for the coming season.

A Special General Meeting will be held on June 17th at 7PM at Cloverdale Sport & Ice Complex (upstairs in the Multi Purpose room) to complete the voting for the Executive for the 2026-2027 season. Please see the invite within TeamSnap for more details.

Non Members and Life Members are welcome to attend as per usual, but may not vote as per our Bylaws.

If there are members who would have not yet stepped up and would like to put there names forward to step up to roles in the Executive, please email president@cloverdaleminorhockey.com
